Mount Falcon, a family-run station in alpine NSW, brings to your door prime, grass-fed Angus and Angus-cross beef whose quality, condition and freshness are guaranteed.

Grass Fed Beef

On Mount Falcon Station our cattle are grass-fed.

Grass of course is the natural diet of cattle. Our free-range cattle have less stress, are not pumped up with hormones or fed unnatural foods or additives. They are naturally less prone to disease.

The meat of free-range grass-fed animals is healthier for you and your family. Compared with fully grain-fed beef, meat from grass-fed beef has less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. It also has more antioxidants, more vitamin E, vitamin A and vitamin C. It has a number of health-promoting fats, including more omega-3 fatty acids.

Mount Falcon cattle are free to roam the slopes of Mount Falcon, an idyllic setting near the Snowy Mountains in the upper reaches of the Murray River in New South Wales. Mount Falcon Station is just 50 kilometres from Mt Kosciusko.

The winters are freezing and the summers are mild and warm.

This is where we grow for you the fresh, succulent meat which is delivered to your door, vacuum-sealed for freshness and never frozen. Paddock to plate.

We offer two meat packs to suit both large and small families - the Family Pack and the Couples Pack. We can also provide large or custom selections for those special occasions such as barbecues, school fetes, sausage sizzles, weddings and other special functions.

Mount Falcon also regularly provides customised packs to suit the special requirements of nursing homes and other institutions.

Free Freezer

Our cryovac-packed meats will last up to 10-12 months in a freezer.

So when you sign up as a regular customer of our direct-to-your-door service you qualify (if you wish, of course) for an exceptional deal on a chest freezer like this one. After 12 months it's all yours (generous conditions apply, of course).
